How long my order take to arrive?
We offer next day delivery for ready made pieces. Personalised pieces require additional time; between 10-14 days. Prints will be delivered within 5 days. 

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Mood Studio piece is handmade in Dubai, making each artwork beautifully unique.

Can I customise my artwork?
Yes. We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces. Send us your idea and we'll bring it to life.

SIZING & DESIGN

Can I choose a different size?
Absolutely. We offer a range of sizes, with custom sizes available on request.

Can I choose my colours?
Website pieces are available in 3 different colourways. If you're looking for a specific tone, please contact us before ordering.

DELIVERY

Do you deliver across Dubai?
Yes. We offer delivery throughout Dubai.

Do you deliver to other Emirates?
Yes. Please contact us for delivery options and pricing outside of Dubai.

How will my artwork arrive?
Every piece is carefully packaged with bubble wrap and finished with our signature Mood Studio wrapping paper.

RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Can I return a personalised piece?
As each personalised artwork is made especially for you, these pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photographs of the artwork and packaging, and we'll take care of it.

CARE

How should I care for my artwork?
Keep your artwork indoors and away from direct sunlight, moisture and humidity. Gently dust when needed.
