Welcome to Mood Studio. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to all purchases made through Mood Studio.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Mood Studio

Mood Studio is a Dubai-based art studio creating handmade and personalised artwork.

Each piece is created with care and may contain natural variations in texture, colour and finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

2. Products & Colours

We make every effort to display our artwork, colours and finishes as accurately as possible on our website.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and lighting.

As our artwork is handmade, no two pieces will be completely identical. Minor variations in texture, brushwork and finish are to be expected.

3. Personalised Artwork

Personalised artwork is created specifically for you based on the information provided when placing your order.

Please carefully check all names, words, dates, spelling and other personalised details before submitting your order.

Mood Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Once production has started, changes to personalised artwork may not be possible.

4. Custom Orders

If you request a custom size, colour, design or personalised piece, we will confirm the details and pricing with you before production begins.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started unless otherwise agreed by Mood Studio.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment must be completed before your order enters production, unless otherwise agreed with Mood Studio.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Mood Studio.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where an item is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error. If this happens, any payment received will be refunded.

7. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Ready-to-ship items may be delivered more quickly than personalised or made-to-order pieces.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our chosen courier or delivery partner.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact details.

Mood Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our artwork, personalised and custom-made pieces are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once production has begun.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or other suitable resolution.

10. Damaged Orders

Please inspect your artwork when it arrives.

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact Mood Studio promptly and provide photographs of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• Any visible damage to the packaging

This allows us to investigate the issue with our delivery partner and determine the appropriate resolution.

11. Artwork Care

Customers are responsible for caring for their artwork once delivered.

Artwork should be kept indoors and protected from excessive moisture, humidity, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Mood Studio cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation or care.

12. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, designs, text, branding, logos and other content displayed on the Mood Studio website are owned by or licensed to Mood Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use any Mood Studio artwork, designs or website content without our prior written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or use the website in a way that could damage Mood Studio or its customers.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery companies and Shopify.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which may apply to your use of those services.
